About the team:
At Arcavindi, our Logistics Team is the backbone of daily operations. We’re responsible for keeping stock moving safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout our facilities, from check-in and storage to packing, dispatch, and returns.

Every item that passes through our hands is unique, often vintage, and customer-owned. That means care, precision, and accountability are at the heart of everything we do.

We work collaboratively with other teams, from Appraisals to Quality Control, ensuring every product’s journey is smooth, transparent, and handled with pride.

About the role:
As a Logistics Manager, you will oversee multiple logistics teams, ensuring operational excellence, process efficiency, and compliance. You will lead, coach, and develop your teams while optimising workflows, managing budgets, liaising with vendors, and driving continuous improvement across all logistics operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strategic focus, giving you the opportunity to directly shape Arcavindi’s logistics performance across Europe.

  • Learn our logistics systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Shadow team leaders and key staff to understand workflows, inventory management, shipping, returns, and compliance.
  • Gain familiarity with vendor management, performance metrics, and department KPIs.

  • Independently manage daily logistics operations with professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Monitor and support team performance to meet operational KPIs and SLAs.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between Warehouse, Check-In, Breakdowns, Returns, and Marketplace logistics teams.
  • Develop your teams through coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback.

  • Take ownership of process improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency, reduce costs, and improve operational quality.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making across logistics workflows and team management.
  • Foster a high-performing, motivated, and engaged logistics team.

Key Goals & Objectives:

  • Lead the logistics department to deliver smooth, efficient, and compliant operations across all European fulfilment centres.
  • Manage team performance, KPIs, and operational SLAs to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee inventory management, vendor relations, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure operational compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Develop, coach, and support logistics team members to reach their full potential.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, motivate, and coach multiple logistics teams, including Warehouse, Check-In, Breakdowns, Returns, and Marketplace Logistics.
  • Manage scheduling, workloads, and department workflows.
  • Oversee inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, restocking, and demand forecasting.
  • Manage relationships with logistics suppliers and third-party providers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and health & safety standards.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Prepare regular performance and operational reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues affecting customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor budgets and implement cost control measures without compromising service quality.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of logistics software and tools (TMS, WMS, ERP).
  • Experience managing transportation, inventory, warehouse, and returns operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and process optimisation skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Data-driven with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and positive attitude.

Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CLTD, or Six Sigma.
  • Experience in a fast-growing scale-up or operational warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of budget management and cost optimisation strategies.
