Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Logistics Manager to oversee our complete order cycle and warehouse operations. We need a leader who can balance technical logistics mastery with a strategic sales and marketing mindset to optimize our worldwide distribution networks.

What You Will Do:

As the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end efficiency of our supply chain:

• Supply Chain Operations: Oversee the complete order cycle, including meticulous planning, strategic sourcing, and global distribution.
• Warehouse Management: Direct the organizing, cataloging, and maintenance of inventory levels to eliminate shortages and prevent overstocking.
• Transportation & Logistics: Plan optimal shipping routes, negotiate competitive rates with carriers, and manage shipping schedules for maximum cost-efficiency.
• Data & Technology: Utilize logistics software and ERP systems to analyze performance metrics, improve internal processes, and track KPIs.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all worldwide logistics operations comply with international laws, local regulations, and high-quality safety standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and coordinate the workforce across the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure peak productivity.

What We Are Looking For:

• Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Customs Administration, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related Business field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Worldwide Operations and Management.
• Previous experience in Sales and Marketing is a significant advantage, as it aids in client relations and strategic growth.
• Candidates must be able to start immediately and complete all pre-employment requirements promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems) is essential for performance tracking.
• Proven ability to negotiate rates with global carriers and external vendors.
• Strong focus on data-driven decision-making and cost-benefit analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for internal leadership and external stakeholder management.
