We are looking for a Logistics Purchaser to support our Operational Purchasing and Logistics team.
In this role, you will manage purchase requests and orders, follow up with suppliers, ensure material availability, and support logistics processes. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working with tools like Excel and SAP—this is a great opportunity to grow within an industrial environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Process order requisitions and purchase orders according to internal procedures.
- Monitor material availability and stock levels and initiation of appropriate counter measures.
- Confirm orders and delivery dates with suppliers, ensuring timely updates in SAP.
- Communicate potential delays or changes to internal stakeholders and assess impact.
- Purchase or transfer order request to the central team, for an additional spare parts quantity.
- Reporting for Operational Purchasing.
- Follow-up of the process of additional and urgent parts from the order to the reception in the warehouse.
- Track transport and resolve customs-related issues in import/export operations.
- Manage non-conformities related to quality, pricing, and quantity; coordinate supplier returns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data in purchasing systems.
- Support the implementation/development of the company's IT systems.
- Support in solving problems related to logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental good practices established for the area.
Your qualification
Education:- Master’s degree (Industrial Management, Logistics, Economics, or Business Administration).
- Previous experience in purchasing and/or logistics processes.
- Familiarity with an industrial environment (nice-to-have).
Your competencies
Specific Skills:- Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory)
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- SAP experience (nice-to-have)
- Power BI knowledge (nice-to-have)
