Xpresship (part of the Cartigo Group) specializes in after-hours courier services (5 PM – 5 AM), weekend/holiday delivery, and flexible warehousing & fulfillment. We serve clients across BC — from e-commerce brands and medical suppliers to manufacturers and distributors — keeping supply chains moving when others shut down.
Role
We’re hiring a Sales Representative to expand our client base across all of British Columbia. This is a mix of field sales + remote work, targeting companies that need reliable same-day/night courier solutions and scalable fulfillment/cross-dock services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect businesses across BC that need urgent courier services, fulfillment, or cross-docking.
- Sell B2B logistics solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, meetings (virtual or on-site), proposals, and closing deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience (logistics, courier, fulfillment, or related field preferred).
- Strong hunter mentality — ability to generate your own leads and close deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within BC (company vehicle/allowance provided).
- Self-motivated and goal-driven.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $45K–$55K depending on experience.
- Commission: 5–10% of gross profit on new accounts.
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): $70K–$95K+ (uncapped).
- Expense/travel allowance.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
