What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers and guide them through the service process from start to finish
  • Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs
  • Explain service needs based on vehicle mileage and maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate valet pickup and delivery when needed
  • Ensure accurate documentation of complaint, cause, and correction
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing The Premier Collection brand

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Comfortable with computer systems and service documentation
  • Valid driver’s license required
