Luxury Sales Associate/Key Holder

Job Requirements

• Must be able to communicate both English and Spanish
• Prior experience in a luxury service retail environment.
• Experience in working within a branded concept is preferred.
• At least 1 to 3 years of sales experience in luxury and watchmaking.
• Familiarity with closing techniques and VIP customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Flexibility in schedule must include Holiday, Night and Weekend shifts.
• Ability to build trust and develop lasting client relationships.
• Polished, elegant and professional appearance.
• Bilingual is preferred.
• Familiarity with luxury materials.
• Knowledge of exclusive watch brands.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Continuously working with the Tag Heuer Boutique way of selling to optimize personal sales performance.
• Achieve retail sales targets including volume and product mix, on daily, weekly and monthly goals
• Makes sure all daily, weekly, and monthly store routines are taken care of as assigned.
• Maintains a professional, and well-groomed appearance according to the Tag Heuer national dress code
• Communicates clearly and directly, approachable and relates well to others
• Anticipates customer needs, champions for the customer, acts with customers in mind
• Proven track record of building customer relationships and developing return business

Experience:

• Retail Sales: 3 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
