Meadows of Napa Valley is a Continuing Care Retirement Community set on a sprawling 20-acre campus, featuring 243 independent living apartments, a 69-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Center, a 40-apartment Assisted Living Facility, and a 20-apartment Memory Support Center. What You'll Be Doing

You will provide person-centered, individualized, and clinically competent care with support from the management team to all residents, temporary and permanent, assuring that services are appropriate to meet residents’ needs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

What You’ll Need

• Active California LVN license.
• Experience as a Nurse in a Assisted Living & Memory Support setting preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.

Schedule Options

• Full-Time PM Shifts (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)

Wages

• LVN: $32.00 - $35.51 per hour, depending on experience
