The MA Apprentice Program is a tuition-free, earn-as-you-learn career opportunity designed to equip you with the skills needed to obtain your Washington State MA-C credential. Approved by the Washington State Department of Health, this program offers hands-on training, classroom instruction/online modules, and a pathway to a rewarding healthcare career.

Program Details:

• Non-negotiable Pay : $18.89/hour, increasing to $19.97/hour for final 1,000 hours of on-the-job training

• Bonus : $1,500 total bonus paid in three installments (payment subject to service term)

• Full-time employment with benefits during training.

::: Impact Statement (350 words max): Explain how you’ll balance online learning modules, skills-lab, and 2,000 hours of on-the-job training with your other responsibilities.

We offer a competitive Total Rewards Program. Eligibility for benefits is dependent on factors such as position type and FTE. Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
