About the Job

Accurate Construction Services, LLC (ACS), located in Brighton, MI is an underground contractor specializing in Electrical Excavation and Directional Boring in the Commercial, Industrial, and Retail markets servicing clients in Michigan and surrounding states. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a variety of heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, etc.).
• Loading and unloading materials/equipment.
• Follow all daily operational procedures as outlined in Accurate Construction Services’ orientations, safety briefings, and site-specific training protocols.
• Conduct general maintenance and inspection of equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of equipment to ensure reliability and safety on site.
• Adhere strictly to company safety standards and OSHA regulations at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with a Valid Driver's License
• Hand & power tool experience
• Must have reliable means of transportation
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig, climb and reach
• Ability to work in all weather conditions (includes extreme heat or extreme cold)
• Must be dependable and able to understand and follow directions
• Must comply with company policies, regulatory safety regulations and code requirements
• Ability to professionally communicate with co-workers, customers & the general public

The following items are considered for the position:

• Concrete Experience
• Excavator and heavy machinery experience is a plus
• CDL Class A w/Air license is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Hourly Rate

• Determined by role, level, and experience
• Full time and offers competitive pay

Pay: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
