Machine Operator

JOB LOCATION:

COMPENSATION:

Up to $16 to $18/hour based on experience, plus benefits.

POSITION RESPONSBILITIES:

• Sets up, operates and makes adjustments to coffee packing equipment as necessary.
• Maintains cleanliness on packing line. Keeps equipment and work areas organized, clean and sanitary throughout the shift. End of shift requires removal of any waste generated during the shift.
• Ensures proper care of equipment, and efficiently meets production targets
• Supports and complies with good manufacturing practices.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Displays a positive and team focused attitude. Completes other tasks as directed.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of High School Diploma and/or equivalent
• Prior experience operating packing equipment in the food & beverage industry
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Punctual
• Must be able to lift 100 pounds
