Responsibilities Include

• Setting up, calibrating, and operating heavy industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitoring equipment performance and performing basic troubleshooting or minor repairs as needed.
• Conducting regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet strict specifications.
• Maintaining accurate logs of output, downtime, and material usage.
• Collaborating with the maintenance team to schedule preventive upkeep.
• Keeping a clean and organized workspace to adhere to 5S and safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience working in an industrial or mechanical environment.
• Strong manual dexterity and the ability to stand for long periods.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read technical blueprints or schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and a "safety-first" mindset.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
• High school diploma or GED; technical certifications are a major plus.

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $23/hr
