Mail Room Runner Job Description

Wage: $12.25/hour

Shift: Part time. Mon-Fri. Flexible hours, usually 15-20 per week from 3:30-6:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Sort and deliver mail & packages across Thanksgiving Point property daily.

• Ensures outgoing mail is prepared and metered.

• Responsible for clean organized area.

• Help run signs around the property & place them on doors, windows & sidewalks.

• Exemplify Thanksgiving Point’s Mission, Values and Policies.

• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.

  
  

Requirements:

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Proactive & detail oriented.

• Ability to work independently.

• Ability to manage tasks & time to meet deadlines.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good oral and written communication.

• Must be able to lift/move items up to 40 pounds.

• Must have vehicle and a valid drivers license to deliver mail/packages & signage around property daily (Thanksgiving Point reimburses for mileage).

• Requires prolonged standing, walking, and climbing stairs.

• Must be able to read and speak in English.

• Pass a background check.

• Be at least 16 years old.
