Maintenance Electrician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Company Electrician & Maintenance Staff to ensure the safety, functionality, and upkeep of our facilities. This role is vital in maintaining electrical systems, performing general repairs, and supporting the overall maintenance operations of the property. You will help guarantee that all equipment, utilities, and building structures are in optimal working condition to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees.

Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Work

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical panels, lighting, power outlets, and equipment.
• Respond promptly to electrical issues, outages, or emergencies.

General Maintenance

• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and mechanical repairs as needed.
• Conduct regular facility checks to identify issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Maintain and repair appliances, tools, equipment, and building structures.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of company facilities for events or operational needs.

Safety & Documentation

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, and electrical inspections.
• Report equipment malfunctions and recommend improvements or replacements.

Operational Support

• Coordinate with internal teams for repair requests, facility upgrades, and maintenance schedules.
• Support daily operations by ensuring all utilities and systems are functioning properly.
• Assist in emergency situations such as power failures, equipment breakdowns, or structural issues.

Qualifications

• Vocational course or TESDA certification in Electrical Installation & Maintenance or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in electrical work or general maintenance (hospitality experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
• Basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, mechanical repair, or building maintenance.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks and outdoor work.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, or holidays if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
