We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Maintenance Supervisor (Plumbing) to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities Maintenance and Engineering at our Dublin 12.
Purpose of the Job
Delegated responsibility by the General Services Manager (GSM) for the safe operation and maintenance of all plant, equipment, and installations on site, ensuring efficient and effective compliance review procedures.
Primarily responsible for Mechanical systems, including but not limited to:
Pressure Systems
Heating, Chilled, and Cooling Systems
Life Safety Suppression Systems
Drainage and Water Quality
PSSR Regulations, F-Gas Regulations, and Legionella Regulations
Training, Development, and People Management of the hard services team on-site.
What You’ll Do:
Lead & Manage: Oversee the maintenance and operation of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Drive Compliance & Safety: Ensure activities meet regulatory standards and maintain the highest safety protocols.
Develop & Train: Mentor and manage the on-site technical services team, ensuring professional growth and operational excellence.
Optimise Performance: Manage planned, corrective, and reactive maintenance while utilising CAFM Maximo system for efficiency.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside the General Services Manager and CAFM Coordinator in Dublin to enhance service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Manage Contractors & Emergencies: Oversee contractors, ensure adherence to compliance, and participate in emergency call-out rosters.
What We’re Looking For:
In Date Trade Certification with proven experience in Building Services Maintenance.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety and compliance regulations.
Experience in managing teams, planning workloads, and driving performance.
A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAFM systems (IBM Maximo preferred), and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Strong analytical skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions.
