Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations within our long-term care facility! The ideal candidate will possess strong maintenance knowledge and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities and Purpose

A Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for keeping our facility operating smoothly and repairing any problems when they are discovered. Some of the most important qualities we are looking for is being mechanically capable, a self-starter, and accountable.

  • Performing routine maintenance around the building.
  • Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
  • Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs.
  • Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.

Experience and Education

  • Knowledge of basic repairing, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC.
  • A valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Experience in a nursing home environment is a plus.
