Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance and repair activities related to retail project setups, including new store builds, renovations, and infrastructure roll outs.

The role involves supervising maintenance teams, coordinating with contractors, ensuring safety compliance, and executing timely and quality completion of site works.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff and contractors during project execution.

· Conduct pre-project assessments of retail sites to identify maintenance requirements.

· Ensure all installation, repairs, and maintenance tasks are carried out according to schedule and standards.

· Monitor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other technical installations in collaboration with engineering teams.

· Oversee inventory and procurement of tools, supplies, and materials for each project.

· Ensure compliance with local building codes, health, and safety regulations.

· Prepare regular progress reports and updates to the Admin Supervisor.

· Attend project planning meetings and contribute input related to maintenance requirements and feasibility.

· Respond to on-site emergencies or urgent issues during setup and initial operation stages.

· Ensure that punch list items are completed before handover of the store to operations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or relevant technical field.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or facilities supervision, preferably in a retail or construction environment.

· Experience in handling multiple store setups or roll outs is an advantage.

· Strong understanding of building systems (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning).

· Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance procedures.

· Proficient in project documentation and reporting.

· Willing to be assigned across different project locations.

· Flexible schedule; able to work extended hours or weekends when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
