Maintenance Supervisor

Job Scope:
Responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of crushing plants. Conducts studies and implements improvements to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Plan, supervise, and monitor all maintenance work activities
• Ensure timely and effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance
• Lead and manage maintenance personnel and daily operations
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all activities
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations
• Analyze plant performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Preferably with experience in quarry or crushing plant operations

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
