Maintenance Technician (Aircon)

Job Description:

· To Reports to the WH Admin Asst and get instructions as regards schedule or priorities of works to be carried out at Warehouse.

· To be Responsible for mechanical, electrical, minor plumbing maintenance work, including change or repair of leaks in faucets and drains, trenching, and laying of new lines, unclogging of drains, etc. and minor masonry, painting, and carpentry work.

· Conduct regular cleaning of air-condition units, exhaust, and electric fan

· Carry out repair and routine maintenance duties on equipment, building facilities and offices, building systems, grounds, and structures.

· Carry out minor electrical maintenance work, such as repair or replacement of fixtures, including wall switches and outlets, ballast, incandescent, and fluorescent tubes and bulbs, fuses, sockets, etc., by applying the right tools.

· Carry out minor mechanical maintenance works such as bolt tightening on ladder steps of racks, oiling of doors hinges and windows, etc.

· Conducts daily facilities inspection.

· At the end of each month, list down to-do activities for the following month and submits to Admin Asst for prioritization and scheduling.

• Knowledgeable to refrigeration cycle.
• Knowledgeable on electrical system.

Job Qualification:

• Vocational/ Tesda Certified (with Tesda NCII)
• Must have at least 1 to 2 years of solid experience.
