Maintenance Technician (Experienced In Kitchen Equipment)

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities and equipment across all Company stores, commissary, and head office. The role ensures that systems such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, and fire safety are fully functional, safe, and compliant with company standards. The technician will work closely with the Engineering team and external contractors to support daily operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance across retail stores, commissary, and the head office.
• Assist Engineering Admin, Supervisor, and Manager with technical repair and upkeep tasks.
• Repair and maintain electrical systems, kitchen equipment, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct safety inspections.
• Support installations and testing of new systems or equipment.
• Inspect and schedule repairs for fire protection systems and alarms.
• Execute manual repairs (e.g., fixing doors, locks, or windows).
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of a TESDA-accredited institution (e.g., Don Bosco, Meralco Foundation).
• Must have NC II certification in one of the following:
• Building Care and Maintenance
• Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Electrical Installation and Maintenance
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they meet the NC II requirement.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in equipment repair and maintenance is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen systems.
• Willing to be assigned to South or North Manila locations.
• Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php28,000.00 per month
