Maintenance Technician (Industrial Equipment & Fleet)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to support the daily operation, upkeep, and repair of industrial equipment and company vehicles. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, preventive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic, CNC, and diesel-powered machinery
  • Maintain and service company motor vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, determining effective repair solutions
  • Repair, replace, or rebuild components as needed to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and inspection reports
  • Requisition parts, tools, and supplies necessary for repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Conduct general facility maintenance, including changing filters, replacing light bulbs, and repairing or replacing electrical outlets and plugs
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, CNC, and diesel systems
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and repair documentation
  • Solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance logs and documentation

Preferred Skills

  • Welding, fabrication, or advanced electrical experience a plus
  • Experience maintaining both equipment and facility infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
