Maintenance Technician (Need Speak Spanish)

Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance on building systems including plumbing, and electrical. - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance activities. - Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and mechanical equipment. - Conduct regular inspections to identify faulty equipment and potential hazards. - Weld, fabricate, and maintain machinery as needed. - Oversee facility repairs and coordinate with external vendors when necessary. - Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff. Experience: - Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong understanding of mechanical systems. - Proficiency in working with CMMS software to manage maintenance tasks efficiently. - Ability to troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and electrical systems. - Skilled in welding, fabrication, and general mechanical work. - Experience in supervising maintenance teams and coordinating repair projects effectively.
