In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be the technical brain behind our manufacturing equipment with the purpose to improve and maintain this equipment to raise our product quality level. Specific products are anti-scatter grids for diagnostic X-ray equipment and metal 3D printed grids for CT. You set, operates and maintains machines for the purpose of assembling and processing individual products. Properly handles the established process and the process parameters. Executes and manages maintenance activities on equipment in regulated factory environment.

You are responsible for

• Planning, scheduling, executing different maintenance activities and perform troubleshooting activities within a factory.

• You are familiar with the operation of different maintenance processes, the way in which the maintenance activities for machines and physical assets are performed and the method of setting and adjusting the processes.

• You are also responsible for the improvement of all the physical assets (machinery/equipment) in yields, efficiency, quality and logistics performance by executing in-time maintenance, making a guaranteed stable production is possible.

• Develop and manage maintenance plans for machinery and tooling within the factory.

You are a part of

Within Factory Best you are part of the factory Imaging Components, which is responsible for the development and production components used in medical equipment.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Knowledge of Mechanics, Electronics and basic mechatronics.

• >2 years experience in maintenance engineering.

• Preferable MBO level 4 Mechatronics education.

• Excellent social skills and working in teams.

• Both basic level of Dutch and English language required (spoken and written).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with Technical documentation.

How we work together
This specific role is within the factory and thus an on-site role. You will work in the day shift (9:00 to 17:30, or 9:30 to 18:00).
