Maintenance Worker

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in groundkeeping and General Maintenance. This role involves a variety of tasks related to lawn care and general building maintenance. The potential for FT will be available for candidates who perform well. Our company is a family-owned and operated business that takes pride in being a great team. Duties

• Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, light tree care and edging.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various general maintenance tasks.
• Operate machinery such as zero turn mowers, weed eaters, ATV’s, all standard hand and power tools.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and servicing. (Daily and weekly schedules are set for equipment maintenance/cleaning)
• Perform daily cleaning of buildings, including trash collection.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscaping/lawn care machinery is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and experience operating various hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely.
• Familiarity with lawn care and general building maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
• Must have excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Knowledge of residential utilities: septic/electric/water. Building structure repair and maintenance.
• Must be proactive and forward thinking, with the ability to act responsibly with little supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
