Description
Position Title: Financial Management Accountant - APAC
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite
Role Purpose
NCC Group is always looking for amazing people to join our team.
Currently, we are seeking a full time Financial/Management Accountant to join our APAC Corporate team.
Reporting into the regional Finance Manager, as a Financial/Management Accountant within the APAC business you will be responsible for the compliance work and month end procedures whilst we transition to a new front end timesheet system integrating into our ERP and embark on an ambitious growth plan.
Summary
As Financial/Management accountant you will be focused on –
- Preparing month end journals for revenue, intercompany transactions/reconciliations, overheads and payroll accruals, setting up templates and reports to manage the process more efficiently
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for review
- Preparing BAS and IAS returns and reconciling to the general ledger
- Liaising with auditors to answer queries for local Singapore audit and Group audit queries
- Assist/prepare monthly state payroll tax calculations and requests for payments to our Finance Manager
- Preparing monthly and quarterly commissions/bonus calculations
- Calculating workers compensation declarations in 6 states and corrections of any existing or new premiums, and managing the correspondence of payments of estimated and adjusted premiums
- Approval of wages across 2 companies within the region along with the Group Payroll Manager
- Work together with the FD towards managing/mentoring the APAC local credit control team based in Singapore to guide them through increasing their finance function abilities.
- Other ad hoc tasks as required by the Group Finance team to ensure the finance function is managed efficiently

Systems Experience:
- Microsoft Excel is vital
- Other MS office tools (Teams, Outlook, Word)
- Workday and Hyperion would be great (or other ERP system)
Experience/Qualifications:
- CA, CPA, CIMA qualified only need apply
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good reconciliation skills (balance sheet, payroll)
- Sound payroll and tax compliance knowledge for Australia including PAYG, BAS, workers compensation and payroll tax for all states
- Ideally you will have 5+ years’ experience in a business/corporate environment in a similar or related role
