This program is open for:

• Graduating students/fresh graduates or professionals with less than 1 year of employment of experience
• Courses: Management Engineering, Accountancy, Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology and other related courses

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinker, analytical, and with strong stakeholder management ability
• Willing to work and learn in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment

What will YOU do:

• Attend structured developmental activities (e.g., on-site / virtual classroom sessions, on-site visits, job shadowing, immersion, coaching/mentoring, etc.)
• Development and/or evaluation of projects in an individual or group setting
• Deal with different types of stakeholders (fellow management trainees, work buddies, role owners, resource persons, mentors, and business leaders)
• Perform data gathering, analysis, and presentation/reporting to aid in the review of performance outcomes

About the program:

SEAOIL Philippines’ MT Program is broken down into 3 phases:

Phase I:

Generic Track | This is the period when Management Trainees are rotated/immersed in different departments, gaining knowledge on how specific functions and processes are performed

Phase II:

Specific Track | During this period, the Management Trainees slowly transition to participating in key projects and activities for a specific department (based on the identified track during the screening/hiring process).

Phase III:

Pre-Deployment Track | This last phase is when a specific role within the department is identified for the Management Trainee, leading to the assignment of focused/targeted tasks and development activities to him/her.(must have accompanying visuals)
