Management Trainee ( Open For Fresh Graduate)

I. Job Summary
The Customer Assistant/ Management trainee reports to the Store Head. As a Customer Assistant/ Management trainee , you will be responsible for providing prompt, friendly, courteous and reliable service to our customers. Your role is to maintain customer service standards at the check-out counters and assist customers in the selling area.

• Knowledgeable on store operations compliance controls and quality standards

III. Qualification

• Must be a graduate of a 4-year management course
• Should have at least 6 months - 1 year work experience in the retail and food industry
• Must be willing to be trained in all areas of operations & be assigned in any branch

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
