Candidate Profile:

As a Management Trainee, it is important that you are eager to learn, sharp, detail-oriented, non-bias and can easily adapt to changes, resourceful, and has a leadership mindset.

Job Overview:

You will be guided in managing the front and back of the house, particularly on the daily operations. Executing consistent food safety, delivering high food quality, warm customer service, efficient workforce management, responsive reporting, and tight inventory management.

Job Objectives:

• To ensure that food safety standards are being practiced at all times.

• To implement best practices in providing excellent customer satisfaction.

• To properly manage and monitor stocks and inventories.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage team meetings to set daily schedules and activities.

• Monitors standard production processes and strict observance of food safety.

• Checks food and service quality consistently.

• Manages team member, prepare reports and inventory costs.

• Monitors and replenishes stocks and orderings.

Job Specifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course.

• Experience in a management role or similar.

• Preferably with experience in a fast food industry.

• Willing to work in Paco, Manila.
