Location: 10 Hyderabad Rd, HortPark, Singapore 119579
Reporting to: Head of Executive Education / CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert corporate clients for executive education programs (customized and open enrolment)
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposal development, follow-up, and closure
- Build long-term relationships with HR, L&D, and senior leadership across industries
- Collaborate with academic and program teams to design relevant learning solutions
- Represent the institution at business events, forums, and conferences
- Maintain accurate and timely sales reporting in CRM system
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales Targets: Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets
- Lead Generation: Minimum number of qualified B2B leads/prospects
- Client Engagements: meaningful meetings or presentations conducted with decision-makers
- Client Relations: Maintain relations with existing clients and new ones
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 to 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in executive education, corporate training, or consulting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
- Strong network within the HR/L&D ecosystem is a plus
- Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a target-based environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $5,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
