About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager who is driven, focused and passionate about shaping the future of healthcare infrastructure.

As the Manager, Data Strategy and Management you will be responsible for leading and managing a small team responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the reporting solutions used to manage the Health Capital Program. This is a pivotal role that will lead in the provision of best practice reporting and analysis across the Department.

You will provide expert level leadership, guidance and technical advice on the development and implementation of a data management strategy for Health Infrastructure Queensland, including the identification, access, validation, storage and protection of relevant datasets.

You will lead, negotiate and influence the development and implementation of systems and business intelligence tools for the analysis and reporting solutions for a variety of projects, programs, portfolios and stakeholders.

The successful person

In this role you will be valued for your experience in the specialist area of data design, collection, interpretation, analysis and practical reporting solutions and your ability to manage resources to achieve defined project outcomes.

You will have demonstrated experience in strategic-level data management in a complex service delivery organisation, along with highly developed skills and experience in analysing infrastructure delivery datasets and metrics to inform strategic-level decision making.
