Manager Of Mental Health Residential Treatment Program (6 Beds In Beverly Hills)

Our adult 6 bed mental health residential program in Beverly Hills is looking for a very well experienced program manager. Exprience can include a managerial position in a mental health or substance abuse residential program. Schedule is flexible, but you are expected to be on site 5 days per week. You will be on call for staff questions 24/7 and must be able to arrive for any crisis.

You must have a friendly personality and get along with other staff and patients. You will be responsible for the genral staff and day to day operations of the program.

Duties include: payroll, hiring staff, monitoring performance of staff and providing improvement couneling, conflict resolution between staff members, staff work schedule, program/client daily schedules, overseeing program purchases and budgeting, being available for emergencies and crisis

We require a livescan fingerprint background check through the department of justice

You must have a reliable car to transport yourself to this location. Public transportation is limited.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
