Day to Day
Indeed is seeking a Recruitment Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team to drive recruiting for our global recruiting team that focuses on Sales, Client Success, Marketing and Corporate Functions. You will manage a team of highly skilled recruiters with accountability for driving performance and delivering to business needs. This person will be an exceptional people manager as well as being passionate about finding the best talent in the market and coming up with innovative and original ways to engage talent.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage and hold direct reports accountable to meet hiring goals and hold a high bar for customer service to our candidates and internal clients.
- Manage engagement and development of the team, including but not limited to having regular meetings, providing timely feedback, providing learning and development opportunities, etc.
- Support talent acquisition efforts with a focus on developing and implementing recruiting plans and inclusive hiring strategies to attract top talent. Leveraging knowledge of market conditions and comparative talent landscape while driving fairness and compliance with local and international labor laws in all talent acquisition practices and policies.
- Establish key relationships across the business with internal partners and provide strategic partnership and guidance. Ensure clients are receiving effective and timely updates, and help recruiters work through any recruiting obstacles.
- Partner with other teams, such as global recruiting teams, people operations, compensation, legal, and marketing teams to continuously identify innovative ways to engage the best talent on the market as well as improving the way we work; Proactively identify process improvements, gain buy-in from peers and leadership on solutions, and drive to completion.
- Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
- Provide regular business metrics and reporting to communicate recruiting efficiency and effectiveness to key contributors to drive business decision-making whilst working with cross-functional teams to pro-actively facilitate workforce planning/forecasting activities.
- Stay current on industry overviews, market trends, and company initiatives and communicate insights to team members and business leaders.
Skills/Competencies
- 8+ years recruiting experience; with 3+ of those focused on leading and developing teams
- Experience serving as a true partner to business leaders by employing an approach that includes an emphasis on service delivery, education, and growing a true consultative partnership with the ability to influence
- Experience partnering with other contributors to guide and influence strategies for recruiting tools and technology, business process design, data and insights, sourcing, candidate experience, operations, global mobility, and employer brand
- Track record for solving complex problems, designing creative strategies and delivering significant impact
Salary Range Transparency
Dublin 80,000 - 120,000 EUR per year

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
