Marketing Administrator

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a marketing graduate with around 2 years of hands-on experience who’s ready to take the next step and make a real impact. You’ll work across digital and traditional channels to help develop campaigns, grow brand awareness, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, social, and offline).
• Create engaging content for websites, email marketing, and social media platforms.
• Support SEO, PPC, and social media advertising initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on marketing metrics.

Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced or creative environment.
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude, creativity, and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
