Full Onsite | Willing to work on Cebu.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in revenue marketing, CRM management, or related roles.
- Proven track record in revenue management, customer acquisition, lead generation, and market intelligence using CRM systems.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with customer experience mapping and omnichannel marketing is a plus.
I. Revenue Marketing Strategy:
- Design and implement revenue-driven marketing strategies to meet growth objectives.
- Work closely with sales, business development, and product teams to ensure alignment with revenue targets.
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns tailored to key customer segments.
- Generate a minimum of 100 qualified leads per month with a 20% conversion rate to sales.
II. CRM Management:
- Manage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to enhance lead scoring, customer segmentation, and pipeline management.
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and actionable insights from CRM analytics.
- Leverage CRM tools to design and manage email marketing, drip campaigns, and automation workflows.
III. Lead Generation and Nurturing:
- Drive inbound and outbound marketing initiatives to generate and nurture qualified leads.
- Design and optimize customer journeys to address pain points and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales teams to implement lead scoring and qualification processes.
IV. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends and competitive positioning.
V. Customer Retention and Loyalty:
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Utilize CRM tools for loyalty programs, customer surveys, and personalized communication.
- Track Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer feedback to inform retention strategies.
- Ensure proper lead encoding and tracking in CRM, collaborating with Sales and Business Development to update lead status and sales conversion.
VI. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and manage a team of marketing specialists and collaborate with external agencies as needed.
- Promote teamwork between marketing, sales, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
