Marketing And Sales Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Sales professional to join our team, with a proven track in achieving sales within the flooring sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Have the ability to discuss customer needs and advise on the most suitable flooring.

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on our range of wooden flooring products.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
• Managing Facebook, Instagram Mailchimp, Website, Products Brochure, Products labels, Promotion on products, Email & Social Media marketing.
• Customer Sales and Business Development
• Schedule: Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the flooring or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of wooden flooring products and industry trends is a plus but not a must.
