Marketing Associate

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Marketing Associate (Social Media and Campaigns) to help amplify our brand both online and on the ground.

Job Description

You’ll be the creative and strategic mind behind our digital voice and a key force behind our community activations. From rolling out engaging social content to supporting on-ground events like pet fairs and vet partnerships, you’ll help bring our brand to life in ways that pet parents can see, feel, and trust.

Job Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with followers.
• Source user-generated content and collaborate with pet influencers, content creators, and ambassadors.
• Identify platform trends and ensure content is timely and relevant to pet communities.

Campaign Development

• Support the execution of 360° brand and product campaigns—spanning digital, retail, and community engagement.
• Assist in creating campaign timelines, deliverables, and assets across teams.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop campaign visuals, captions, and emailers.

On-Ground Campaigns & Activations

• Help plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground marketing activities such as: Pet fairs, pop-up booths in pet stores/vet clinics and other community events
• Manage logistics for event participation including branding materials, merchandise, samples, and setup.
• Act as an on-site brand representative—engaging with pet owners, answering product questions, and capturing content.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Capture event insights, feedback, and learnings to improve future activations.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media, campaign execution, or brand activations—preferably in the pet, FMCG, or lifestyle industry (Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply)
• Passion for pets and a genuine understanding of the pet parent community.
• Excellent writing, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience managing or supporting BTL (below-the-line) campaigns and community events.
• Basic photography or videography skills for on-site content capture.
• Experience in influencer marketing and community partnerships.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
