Position: Marketing Associate
Full-Time
Location: Koronadal City, South Cotabato

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate with a college degree to join our growing team! This role will focus on supporting our Social Media Lead and helping execute day-to-day marketing activities across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Social Media Lead with content planning and execution
• Help manage and organize social media posts and schedules
• Support engagement activities (comments, messages, basic community management)
• Coordinate with the team on campaigns, promos, and marketing tasks
• Track basic performance metrics and prepare simple reports
• Ensure brand consistency across social media channels

Qualifications:

• College degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Able to work full-time in an office setting
• Marketing or social media experience is a plus, but not required
