Location: MFI Building, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City (Landmark: The Medical City)
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Day Shift); may occasionally extend during enrollment or school events

About the Role

MFI Polytechnic Institute Inc. is hiring a Marketing Associate (Field Marketing & Partnerships) to support student recruitment, outreach campaigns, and partnership development.

This is a field-heavy, partner-facing role. It is not limited to desk-based or digital marketing work. The position involves regular school visits, external coordination, and on-ground marketing execution.

Ideal for candidates who enjoy being in the field, meeting partners, and representing an institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to schools, partner institutions, LGUs, and external organizations
• Support orientations, roadshows, career fairs, and recruitment events
• Coordinate with academic and training teams for outreach execution
• Assist in preparing presentations and outreach materials
• Maintain lead tracking, partner databases, and activity reports
• Represent MFI in meetings, visits, and promotional engagements
• Support other Marketing & Sales initiatives as assigned

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Comfortable with regular fieldwork and travel
• Confident communicator in school and professional settings
• Organized and proactive in managing outreach schedules
• Able to balance field execution with reporting requirements

QualificationsRequired

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field
• 1 - 2 years experience in marketing, outreach, partnerships, or field coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Willing and able to perform regular fieldwork

• Exposure to maritime, shipping, or technical-vocational industries
