The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll support our clients in producing high-quality content across multiple channels and work closely with the Managing Director to help shape and execute the strategic direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and support the delivery of content for:
• LinkedIn (organic posts and thought leadership)
• Websites
• Marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, case studies, etc.)
• Support client accounts with day-to-day content and communications activity
• Assist the Managing Director with strategic marketing initiatives and agency growth activities
• Use design and productivity tools to support content creation and delivery
• Schedule and manage social media content (training provided where needed)

About You
The ideal candidate will be:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A confident and clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Able to produce strong first-draft content for web and LinkedIn (with full oversight and guidance from the Managing Director)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing agency environment

Skills & Tools

• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience using Canva
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools is an advantage (full training can be provided)

Role Details

• Part-time: 25 hours per week
• Location: Primarily based in Terenure, with work-from-home flexibility available
• Ideal for someone looking to grow their skills within a hands-on B2B agency environment
