As a Marketing & Brand Intern, you will work closely with our recruitment, HR and business teams to support our efforts in elevating our company’s brand both externally and internally. You’ll help create authentic, engaging content, assist with recruitment brand campaigns, and contribute to our overall brand presence. This internship is ideal for someone who is interested in building a career in branding, marketing, or recruitment marketing and is full of innovative ideas that help us reach our team goals (e.g. hiring for a certain role, increasing the company culture via digital platforms).
Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead recruitment branding: Creating content for job, recruitment materials, candidate interviewing material and career pages to attract top talent and reflect our company culture.
Employer branding: Own and maintain and update employer branding assets, including company social media profiles, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other employer review platforms.
Content creation: Develop content for social media, blogs, and other platforms that highlights the company culture, employee stories, and industry expertise.
Monitor brand consistency: Ensure consistent use of branding guidelines across all external communications and recruitment campaigns.
Research and Insights: Stay up-to-date with trends in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and general branding strategies. Provide insights and recommendations based on competitor analysis and industry best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
Pursuing or completing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in branding, recruitment marketing, and company culture.
Creative thinker with the ability to produce engaging content for various platforms, with a direction towards supporting business and team goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is nice to have.
Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Content Tools like Buffer, Figma) is a plus but not required.
A team player who can collaborate across departments to achieve shared goals.
A proactive, self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects.
