What you'll be doing:

• Creating key marketing comms across social media, EDMs, blogs, podcast promos, and Slack community updates
• Managing the upload and optimisation of content and blogs across our website
• Driving content creation that aligns with our brand voice - bold, connected, and always purposeful
• Tracking marketing KPIs and reporting on what’s working (and what’s not)
• Playing a hands-on role in shaping our member and guest experience through on-brand storytelling

We’re looking for someone who:

• Confident,quick paced individual that can manage multiple changing projects simultaneously
• Understands social trends but knows how to translate them with authenticity
• Has a sharp eye for detail and a strong instinct for brand alignment
• Can write with clarity and flair
• Experienced content creator, with focus on reels that tell stories/ capture moments
• Loves systems, processes, and smart reporting (you’re as excited by clean data as you are by a killer caption)
• Moves quickly, thinks creatively, and brings positive energy to the team

Nice-to-haves: Experience with platforms like Hubspot, Webflow, Captivate, Canva. An eye for design and/or experience producing light visual content.

The Role: 40 hours per week, based in Queenstown. We're a small team doing big things, and we're looking for someone ready to grow with us. This is a full-time, in-house role starting 1st September. This role will be required to be available in Queenstown for the Christmas period (outside of statutory break) for potential events that will arise in this period. There will need to be some flexibility with hours, as content capture may be required for evening events. We would ideally like this role to start early September, but there is some flexibility for the right person.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
