Marketing Coordinator

: The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of assigned projects, related to advertising, agency and media coordination, event coordination, digital ecosystem support, and/or internal team social media development and management. This role will work closely with Marketing Manager, internal team and external suppliers to ensure the timely and successful execution of all assigned tasks.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing complex projects across multiple communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Project Management

· Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.

· Ensure all team members have a clear understanding of project goals, roles, and timelines.

· Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar) to track and report on project progress and manage tasks.

· Coordination and Communication

· Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external vendors for assigned projects.

· Schedule and lead project kickoffs, update meetings, and status reports to maintain alignment and manage client expectations.

· Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration across content, design, social media, and digital advertising teams.

· Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality.

· Address issues proactively, providing solutions and escalating to senior management as needed.

· Maintain a contingency plan for key phases of digital project development and delivery.

· Provide clients and internal stakeholders with regular reports on project outcomes, including KPI tracking for campaign effectiveness.

· Prepare post-project evaluations, documenting key lessons learned and best practices for future campaigns.

· Quality Control and Assurance

· Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with expectations.

· Review execition details (to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

· Manage feedback and revisions with vendiors and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

· Oversee project budgets, ensuring expenditures remain within scope.

· Optimize resource allocation based on project demands and timelines, collaborating with department heads to secure necessary support.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 3 years in project management or related roles, ideally within an agency setting, with automotive exoerience

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
