Key Responsibilities


Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and web to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for product features, integrations, and partnerships, ensuring timely and targeted messaging.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to optimise ROI.
Content Creation
  • Develop compelling content for blogs, social posts, newsletters, landing pages, and sales collateral such as one-pagers and decks.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to create on-brand materials that highlight customer benefits and industry solutions.
  • Contribute to event coordination, including webinars, tradeshows, and sponsorships, to build engagement and partnerships.
Market Intelligence
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage CRM updates and lead nurturing to support sales enablement and customer success.
  • Assist in SEO/GEO, social media growth, and multi-channel efforts to expand Bizimply's online presence.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing efforts to business objectives like lead gen and revenue growth.
  • Excellent writing, presenting, communication and influencing skills to craft engaging, audience-focused content for operators and managers in shift-based industries.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress, and social platforms.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Organisational skills to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic setting.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with workforce management, HR tech, event planning, or content management.
