What you'll do:

You'll support our marketing consultants whilst building your own client portfolio, creating compelling marketing campaigns that drive real commercial growth for recruitment agencies. You'll develop strategic campaigns across multiple channels, manage client relationships independently, and contribute to award-winning marketing solutions that make a genuine difference to recruitment businesses across the UK market.

What you'll need

• Essential: Previous marketing experience working directly for a recruitment agency or marketing agency with significant recruitment sector focus
• Proven campaign creation and client management abilities
• Strong understanding of recruitment industry challenges and opportunities
• Excellent communication skills for managing UK-based clients
• Self-motivated approach thriving in a remote, autonomous environment
