RF Clarke Ltd has been supplying drive belts and conveyor belts across Ireland since 1919. Now part of YONGLI Belting Europe, we operate as YONGLI UK & Ireland, providing high-quality belting solutions to customers in almost every industry.

As we expand further into the UK, we’re seeking an Inside Sales & Marketing Executive to support our sales team and help raise brand awareness across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and the UK.

Role Overview

This role blends sales support and marketing.
You’ll work closely with the sales team—managing customer enquiries, quotes, and orders—while helping to create and share marketing content that promotes our products and expertise.

It’s an ideal opportunity for someone organised, communicative, and creative, who wants to develop both commercial and marketing experience in a growing international business.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales Support

  • Handle customer enquiries, quotes, and orders promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain CRM data and generate basic sales reports.
  • Support the outside sales team with follow-ups, materials, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate communications to ensure customers receive excellent service.

Marketing

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, social posts, and email campaigns.
  • Help manage and update the company website and social media channels.
  • Prepare presentations and case studies that showcase our capabilities.
  • Support trade shows and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with YONGLI Group colleagues in Europe on shared campaigns.

Training & Development

  • Participate in product and systems training in Northern Ireland, Dublin, and Holland.
  • Gain a strong understanding of our products and customer industries.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in inside sales, marketing, or administrative support (preferred).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and a proactive attitude.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and brand development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €15.00-€18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
