Marketing Lead/Strategist

We’re looking for a fashion-loving, creative Marketing & Content Strategist who understands the digital culture of Gen Z and Millennials. If you love fashion, have a passion for storytelling, and know how to turn ideas into engaging campaigns and content, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Strategy

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Create and manage content calendars across multiple platforms.
• Analyze performance data and optimize strategies for reach, engagement, and conversions.

Content Production & Oversight

• Be present on shoot days to guide photographers/videographers in executing the brand vision.
• Mentor and collaborate with content creators and interns.
• Pre-approve content and ensure all outputs reflect the brand’s tone, style, and objectives.
• Maintain high attention to detail for polished, accurate execution.

Creative Contribution

• Develop campaign ideas with strong storytelling and creative direction.
• Join in content creation, including speaking on camera or in interviews when needed.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, engaging and viral content strategies, and social media formats.

• Experience in marketing strategy, content planning, and social media management (through professional work, internships, freelance, or personal projects).
• Ability to craft engaging campaigns and content.
• Strong storytelling skills and an eye for brand narratives.
• Basic understanding of SEO and how it applies to content.
• Excellent communication skills (clear, collaborative, and professional).
• Highly sensitive to time, deadlines, and submissions.
• Detail-oriented, especially in reviewing and executing content.
• Comfortable both behind the scenes and in front of the camera.
• Trend-savvy, adaptable, and collaborative.

Work Setup

• Flexible hybrid: mostly online collaboration.
• In-person meetings only when necessary (shoot days or occasional coworking sessions).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 – 21 per week
