In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop team of marketing professionals to implement a variety of customer-centric marketing programs or services, product management and development of digital initiatives for business groups or product lines
  • Engage more experienced management in development of strategy to drive sales, profitability, market share and brand awareness
  • Identify and develop data-guided marketing strategies and programs to drive new customer acquisition
  • Integrate plans and programs across business channels or regions, develop appropriate tracking, measurement, evaluation and test and learn opportunities
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding strategies to drive sales, profitability, market share and brand awareness
  • Establish overall direction of E-business by setting goals in key areas of marketing to meet business objectives
  • Interpret and develop legal, compliance, and privacy regulations and policies to ensure digital or marketing plans are executed effectively to attain business, sales and profitability
  • Collaborate and consult with more experienced management
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships
  • Provide advice to other marketing areas, technology, customer care, organizational units and alliance partners to support achievement of overall product and website objectives
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for marketing
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms, Social Media or E-business experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience
Job Expectations:
  • Develop and lead a team of marketing consultants to effectively engage with the US partner organizations
  • Partner with Content Execution teams to create, manage and monitor a centralized schedule of campaigns and execute them.
  • Partner with Email Execution team to create, manage and monitor a centralized schedule of campaigns and execute them.
  • Lead a team of developers to build web content in the appropriate content management system and perform QA on all authoring work completed.
  • Working with stakeholders to understand key campaign parameters and inputs, such as subscriber audience, program frequency, degree of personalization and overall creative approach.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with Risk Management, Lines of Business partners and Control groups. Raise, investigate and follow-up on issues related to data quality, limit excesses, etc.
  • Consult with the LOB teams to confirm and understand marketing campaign requirements. Determine data sources required to meet campaign specifications. Translate marketing campaign requirements into campaign targeting/selection rules.
  • Making sure team delivers high quality output, adhere to process and controls etc., partnering with the Channel leaders.
  • Implement and maintain digital marketing programs, execute marketing or direct mail programs and manage major marketing in creative areas or product lines
  • Support ad-hoc performance analysis requests; Identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Responsible for the career path & performance management of the team.
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and reporting experience, with 2+ years of team management experience
  • In-depth business knowledge on Consumer Banking, and end-to-end Marketing Campaign Management.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS and other digital channels desirable
  • Good knowledge of Digital Marketing landscape, Content management system, google tagging etc.
  • Knowledge of the programming languages: SQL, HTML, CSS
  • Knowledge of email accessibility best practices and CAN-SPAM compliancy considerations
  • Understanding of email analytics and ability to make actionable adjustments based on campaign performance
  • Quick learner with excellent communication skills, team orientation, and ability to work with counterparts in different areas of organization
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and utilize opportunities to improve the processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, persuasive written and verbal communication skills
  • Clear communication skills to make complex technical matters simple when communicating with non-technical stakeholders and client executives including escalation and mitigation of issues, risks, and business impacts
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, high-output, time sensitive environment
  • Amenable to working US shift and onsite (Taguig)
