Marketing Manager (Mid-Level)
Reporting To: Head of Marketing / Founder (Peers with Performance Marketing Manager)
Location: Quezon City/Remote/Hybrid
Salary Range: ₱50,000–₱70,000 monthly (depending on experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager who will orchestrate and unify all marketing campaigns—from planning and coordination to execution—across channels (social media, email, influencers, etc.), while upholding brand consistency and aligning efforts with the company’s revenue and growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Manager (your peer), Creative Manager, and other cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, optimize campaign efficiency, and meet revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Coordination
- Develop and oversee 360° marketing campaigns, aligning messaging with brand guidelines and sales targets.
- Liaise with Performance Marketing, Creative, and CRM teams to ensure smooth execution and timely asset delivery.
Brand Consistency
- Uphold and refine the brand’s messaging framework across email, social, retail, and influencer touchpoints.
- Conduct regular content audits to ensure cohesive storytelling and voice.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work side-by-side with the Performance Marketing Manager to balance brand-building with ROI-focused activities.
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Finance teams to align promotions and forecasts.
Marketing Calendar Management
- Develop a comprehensive calendar covering product launches, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure all teams have clarity on upcoming deadlines and deliverables.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor key KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates, email open rates) and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, including campaign outcomes, budget utilization, and recommended optimizations.
Team & Vendor Management
- Oversee junior marketing staff, contractors, or agencies as needed for campaign execution.
- Negotiate with external partners (influencers, media outlets) to maximize ROI on sponsorships and partnerships.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a broad marketing role, ideally in eCommerce or DTC environments.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Proficient in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, CRM platforms).
- Solid grasp of A/B testing, email segmentation, and funnel optimization.
Brand & Creative Sense
- Strong eye for visuals and messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Ability to brief creative teams effectively and evaluate campaign assets.
Soft Skills
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
