Marram Cabinetry is a premium custom kitchen cabinetry brand specializing in B2B solutions for builders, architects, and contractors in Southern California. With a showroom in Irvine and plans for expansion, we focus on high-quality, sustainable designs tailored to luxury home builds and rebuilds. We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, coordinate with outsourced teams, and drive growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to target builders, architects, and contractors, including digital campaigns, content marketing, and partnership outreach.
- Coordinate with outsourced teams (e.g., in China) for content creation, SEO optimization, PPC ads, and data analysis, ensuring alignment with brand goals and quality standards.
- Manage customer relationship building through local networking, trade shows (e.g., KBIS), and client meetings in Southern California.
- Oversee marketing budgets, track KPIs (e.g., lead generation, ROI), and use tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEMrush to measure performance.
- Create and curate content such as case studies, trend reports, and social media posts focused on industry insights (e.g., post-wildfire rebuild trends).
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing with business objectives, including expansion into areas like Pacific Palisades.
- Monitor market trends in the custom cabinetry sector and adjust strategies to maximize B2B opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the home improvement, construction, or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, content strategy) and managing outsourced or remote teams.
- Strong communication skills, with experience in cross-cultural collaboration (e.g., working with international partners).
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms, AI-driven tools like ChatGPT for content).
- Knowledge of Southern California real estate and construction markets is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and passion for sustainable design trends.
