Job Responsibilities
Key Deliverables
  • Act as a critical support across the F&B team, working closely with the Brand, Communications, Digital, and PR teams, to translate well defined go-to market plans into effective, authentic and compelling branded communications and experiences
  • Lead, conceptualise, develop, and end-to-end manage holistic short- and long-term plans with clear briefs, deliverables and KPIs, across online and offline integrated campaigns including content marketing, paid media, paid social and partnerships
  • Maintain a positive and trust-centric working relationship with respective outlets, understand their mandate, thinking and philosophy to story tell and market the compelling resort wide F&B programming at Marina Bay Sands
  • Drive strategic and data-informed decisions that advise campaign direction, business and messaging priorities to maximise marketing impact across F&B campaigns and initiatives
  • Analyses market and competitive trends alongside a strong understanding of the customer database and target markets to proactively initiate and ideate new campaigns and promotions to drive incremental venue
  • Manage and oversee the planning and execution of all deliverables, including participation and advisory at production shoots, ensuring all deliverables have brand consistency and adhere to guidelines of various outlets and/or Marina Bay Sands
  • Oversee campaign expenditure including budget tracking and accruals, and work with media agency to manage paid media budget, track and optimize campaign performance to ensure effective ROI
  • Provide expertise and advisory on strong working processes and actively work to grow and develop the skills and abilities of junior team members
  • Ensure punctual attendance to all meetings during contracted term with various business units and ensure follow-up on all relevant items
  • Drive top-of-mind awareness for MBS as an ideal business lunch destination, specifically prioritising but not limited to Maison Boulud, Yardbird, Wakuda and KOMA, increasing footfall and online reservations to priority restaurants during lunch period
  • Develop compelling Cocktail Bar Destination story to position MBS as a drinking destination with variety and exceptional quality cocktails, increasing footfall and online reservations during weekdays and happy hour periods to restaurants of priority but not limited to Wakuda, Waku Ghin, Yardbird, Bread Street Kitchen, KOMA
  • Provide advisory and support the strategic positioning and experiential storytelling of MBS as a destination for sophisticated non-alcoholic night and dining, through development of messaging pillars, campaign assets and content partnerships to highlight the diversity and appeal of non-alcoholic offerings at MBS
  • Provide support for the reopening of LAVO restaurant in September, including pre to launch campaigns and provide momentum planning post launch to drive sustained interest, footfall and brand storytelling
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years in marketing roles, preferably in nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
Other Prerequisites
  • Proven track record in full-funnel marketing strategies, including content, digital, and e-commerce.
  • Expertise in traditional and innovative marketing techniques, with an ability to optimize campaigns for performance and brand elevation. Hands-on experience collaborating with external media agencies to execute is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and strategic partnerships.
  • Highly analytical mindset, with strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management, writing and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker and trendsetter, plugged into the latest social and cultural movements within nightlife and F&B.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple priorities with efficiency and strategic focus.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape in Asia Pacific and familiarity with hospitality and entertainment marketing.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with illustration, animation, motion graphics, typography, photography and videography, and/or copywriting is a plus.
