Marketing Manager Virtual Assistant

T-Mate is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing efforts across T-Mate and our sister company's brands.

This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong aptitude for stepping back to see the bigger picture, integrating marketing strategies across company functions, and aligning them with overall business goals. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking marketer who can bridge creative execution with data-driven strategy and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Schedule:

• Weekdays, 8 hours/day:40 hours/week, Business hours Central Time Zone (CST/CDT)
• Half of your hours in a day with T-Mate, and the other half for our sister company

Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of professional marketing manager experience, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Proven experience in working remotely with international teams and/or start up companies.
• Proven ability to connect marketing strategies with business outcomes and align them with company-wide initiatives.
• Direct hands-on experience with Canva, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, VistaCreate, Mailchimp, and other similar creative and automation tools.
• Experience in web activation, including website management, content updates, and UI/UX improvement strategies.
• Comfortable working independently while maintaining close coordination with leadership teams.

Equipment:

• Has a desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor and at least 8GB of RAM
• At least 100mbps of Fiber internet connection
• Has a dedicated workspace at home.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
